The Sri Lanka Cricketers Association (SLCA), in collaboration with the 1996 World Cup winning team members, have stepped forward to help the current First-Class cricketers, Umpires and scorers who have been left unemployed and need assistance as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
All current First-Class cricketers, Umpires and scorers, who are unemployed and need assistance, during this difficult period, can get in touch with the SLCA Office on telephone: 0772541197 and 0777280749 or via email slca@sltnet.lk to make the necessary arrangement to individuals who are eligible for relief.
“If any person or organisation wishes to contribute towards this worthy cause, they could get in touch with the Secretary of the SLCA on 0722404857, as we have initiated this programme with limited resources we currently have,” the SLCA statement said.
