A seven-wicket haul by Mahima Weerakoon and an unbeaten ton by Avishka Perera helped Nalanda College to come out on top against Mahinda College on day one of the Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter played at Galle.
Kalutara MV and St. Sebastian’s Katuneriya dominated proceedings against Holy Cross College Kalutara and St. Mary’s Kegalle in the matches played at Kalutara and Katuneriya. The matches will be continued today.
