Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the leading ICT and digital services provider in Sri Lanka opened its revamped state-of-the-art Regional Telecommunication office (RTO) in Nuwara Eliya recently, to provide customers with an unmatched service experience. The revamped office was ceremoniously declared open by the Chairman of SLT Group, Mr. P.G. Kumarasinghe Sirisena in the presence of Chief Executive Officer- Mr. Kiththi Perera, Chief Operating Officer -Mr. Priyantha Fernandez and other distinguished guests including staff of SLT and customers.
Customers can now experience new and improved services within a modernized customer service environment including latest technologies pioneered by SLT. A separate area is available for customers to engage with SLT digital services, including devices for smart living and experience the latest technology via a wide range of SLT products and services.
This revamped branch is expected to be a key point of attraction of customers in the Nuwara Eliya area as well as other visitors, both locals and foreigners.
