"We drive you happy” is an innovative & a much interactive straight forward Customer Satisfaction Survey where the customer decides between the service statuses, "Happy" or "Unhappy". Each time when a booking is placed, along with the confirmation SMS customer will receive, unique system generated two "Service Status Codes" which is consisted of 03 digits. The service status associated with each code will be only known to the SMS recipient. At the end of the hire, based on the service provided, customer has the option to handover the relevant "Service Code" to the Kangaroo Chauffeur.
