The main players - The U.N machinery 2) M/s Navi Pillay, U.N.H.C.R 3) a Norwegian puppet 4) a Kiwi puppet 5) a Pakistani puppet
Aided by glorified N.G.O’s from 1) Channel TV 4 of the U.K. 2) an ex-peaceful diplomat from Norway - now having changed sides.
Political players :- 1) Mr. Narendra Modi, current P.M of India.
The defendants of this (Farcical) Play 1) Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Commander-In-Chief and President of the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka 2). The LTTE (who are today, walking ‘ghosts’ - but ably supported by the Tamil Diaspora..
The very first injustice handed out to President. Mahinda Rajapaksa by the U.N. Machinery was the appointment of a Tamil national although South African by birth! This goes against the grains of all ‘common decency’ and lack of any ‘moral ethics’ - as she is too close to the subject, been a Tamil by ancestry and cannot therefore be biased in her report. Secondly, we have to be absolutely sure - that during the time she did an absolute terrific job in her own country’s “truth and reconciliation” process -- that she never did get any “cash incentives” or anything that could be considered to be a “bribe” - before, during or after her good work in South Africa. Also, has she been given any promises of “monetary gain” by any party or person -- including anybody belonging to the Tamil Diaspora, either in Sri Lanka or overseas?

We should give her 2 weeks to state her case - and if she has received any such “cash incentives, monetary favours or anything that could be considered as a bribe” - then she should resign immediately - and the whole U.N case should be “thrown out - lock, stock and barrel!
With regard to the “glorified N.G.O’s - such as the reporter of Channel 4 TV of the U.K and the former diplomat of Norway, who has “threatened to ‘spill the beans’ - on what he found out during his time as ‘peace-maker” He too should be subject to answering whether or not he has been offered “any cash incentives or monetary favour” in changing sides. In any case, what he learnt in his capacity as a “peace-maker” should remain highly confidential” - and would be a grave injustice to the Sri Lankan Government. In fact, there are special mitigating circumstances - where he could be charged in any court of law!

Now going to the current Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi - he too is subject to - if not regarding any “financial gain or monetary bribes” - at least in his past was he involved in any injustices perpetrated in his name, such as the “burning or any damage” to any religious premises at any time during his political career? If he was, then his asking of our President to ‘expedite’ the implementation of the 13th Amendment - should not be taken seriously. It would be a ‘hypocritical part’ on his side! No one with any criminal record or having “accepted cash incentives or had been given any monetary incentives currently or in the past - have a right to judge Sri Lanka.
Regarding the P.M. of India, is he going to pay half of the Rs 40,000 billion his Tamil LTTE terrorists caused to the nation of Sri Lanka - over those 30 years? Loss of industrial output, damage to most of the infrastructures in the North and East. The cost of clearing these land-mines.

The cost of paying pensions to the parents of the heroic soldiers who bravely sacrificed their lives to bring peace to their blessed and sacred motherland of Sri Lanka.
The high cost of taking care of the surviving heroic service-men and women who are disabled, have lost limbs or are psychologically traumatised for life? The missing-persons inquiry just concluded in the North and East - has found that almost 15,000 persons who went missing during those terrorist war years - were all due to the LTTE hierarchy and not one due to the Sri Lankan security forces. Is the P.M of India or the U.N. going to pay their surviving families any compensation?
Mr. Modi has enough ‘on his plate’. All of these are caused by the evil and abhorrent “class and cast system”. As he has a majority in parliament - he should try and dismantle this evil practice - the ones that cause the police forces to ‘turn a blind eye’ - as the plaintiffs are of a “lower caste or class.’ It is a total shameful form of “economic apartheid’. One which was condemned in South Africa - where there are no apartheid practices taking place.

Mr. Modi – ‘those who live in ‘glass houses should not throw stones,’. Yes, the Tamil population amounts to only 8% of your total Indian population -time to care more for the other 92%.
So, all in all - we should give all the above, except Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa the President -2 weeks in which to “answer and show cause” as to why this “evil witch-hunt” by the U.N – should not be aborted - especially when this call for action was brought by the U.S.A - themselves guilty of “war crimes” in their ‘illegal invasion’ of Iraq in 2003. In fact, ex president George Bush Jnr, John Howard and Tony Blair are all just as guilty and should face a “war crimes tribunal.”
The U.N to function honestly cannot condone the “evil double- standards.” Justice must not only be done - it must be shown to be done’ - such was the adage of an ex Chief Justice of England many, many years ago.
The implementation of justice is also “timeless’ and should be adhered to - irrespective of whether the defendant is a commoner or king or president! And everyone is “innocent - until proven guilty”.
