SML Frontier Automotive, the sole agent for Jaguar and Land Rover in Sri Lanka launched its latest loyalty programme, the Jaguar and Land Rover Owners Clubs, with promising benefits and privileges to customers that purchase a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle from the authorised dealership.
Enabling technology will be an important factor of the programme and a dedicated mobile app for members will be launched in 1Q 2018, which will provide members with information on their vehicle and keep them updated on the latest offers and benefits.
Jaguar Land Rover Asia Pacific Region Managing Director Robin Colgan said: “An important principle of our brands is to give every customer an experience they love, in a relationship that lasts a lifetime. When customers purchase a brand-new Jaguar or Land Rover, they gain complimentary access to these exclusive clubs, which offer benefits and privileges of the global luxury concierge service. Customers can make use of everyday services such as movie ticket bookings, and also enjoy special offers at premium hotels, restaurants and events.
