The 57-year- old Mission: Impossible star will reunite with his American Made and Edge of Tomorrow director Doug Liman for the as-yet untitled project, per the industry news site. The film is ‘to be shot in outer space... and involves Elon Musk’s Space X and NASA’ Deadline reported.The Bourne Identity helmer Liman has written the script and plans to produce alongside Cruise. Exploration company SpaceX was founded in 2002 by Musk with the ambitious goal of reducing space transportation costs to enable the colonization of Mars.
