A 50-year-old woman and her 11-year-old son were killed while 43 other passengers injured in an accident when two passenger buses collided head on near the Nalanda College in Matale this morning, police said.
They said the injured were admitted to the Matale and Nalanda Hospitals.

Why we let passengers to die like dogs on roads, Give them proper buses. If government can spent 2.8 billion for luxury vehicles for politicians, why can't they import proper buses with safety features
