The Pelwatte Sugar factory COO and the two employees were nabbed by security personnel at a sugarcane cultivation last Tuesday, following a tip-off given by another employee of the factory who had noticed the two individuals were leaving the COO's official residence with a small luggage.
COO Surakman Deen (37), is a resident of Nugegoda while the other two employees being a driver and a labourer working at the factory.
