Police curfew in Jaffna District extended until further notice

Ongoing police curfew in the Jaffna district will continue to be in force until further notice due to current situation, President’s Media Division said.

Police curfew in the Mannar, Vavuniya, Mullaitivu, Kilinochchi and Jaffna districts were scheduled to be temporarily lifted at 6.00 am tomorrow. However, the government has decided to extend the police curfew only for Jaffna District until further notice.
