Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe attended the 4th Indian Ocean Conference at Paradise Island in the Maldives on Tuesday. Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohamed, their Foreign Affairs Minister Abdulla Shahid, Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan and Indian External Affairs Minister S.
