A nine-hour long statement had been recorded from former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando yesterday in connection with the Easter Sunday attacks, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekera said.
He said the CID had questioned the former Defence Secretary from 10.00 a.m till 7.00 p.m. yesterday. (Darshana Sanjeewa)
