A total of 194 Sri Lankans, who were stranded in London, arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) today.
The SriLankan flight UL-504 arrived at the BIA from London Heathrow Airport.
Airport officials said that a group of Sri Lankans stranded in the US and Canada had arrived at the London to board the SriLankan flight to arrive in Sri Lanka.
The students and their luggage were disinfected at the airport and then were taken to quarantine centres by the Sri Lanka Army.
They have checked-in at Jetwing Blue, Jetwing Lagoon hotels in Negombo and Citrus hotel in Waskaduwa for quarantine while another group was sent to a quarantine centre operated at Diyagama Technological Institute.
Meanwhile, the SriLankan flight UL-302 left the BIA today for Singapore to bring 180 Sri Lankan students stranded in Singapore.

Hope they won't stage a shouting match and drama in the Airport like the daughter of Yahapalanya election commission Ratna Hoole did, purposely creating ugly scenes and demanding people speak English.
