Why can't have a party in a hotel. If the hotel does not have a license to sell liquor etc can be taken to task?????

What wrong having a party, liquor and beer is served in every corner in a party, this is not a new thing. having drugs is a different matter and those whose in possession of drugs have to be arrested than arresting the whole lot. This is ridicules.
