UAG wins at Best Web Awards 2015

Union Assurance General Ltd (UAG) won a total of 3 awards at the recently concluded BestWeb.lk awards held on the 13th of August at the Kingsbury Colombo.

Organized by the LK Domain Registry for the 6th consecutive year the Best Web Awards is an innovative competition to recognize the best websites in Sri Lanka.

In today’s tech savvy business environment organizations need an effective and innovative website to reach out to the masses. The Best Web competition provides companies the unique opportunity to promote and showcase their abilities online and be regarded the best of the best within their relevant industries.
Among the three awards that were picked up by UAG, was the esteemed Best Overall Website for which UAG won the Bronze Award. The other 2 awards included the Silver Award under the category of Best Corporate, Banking and Finance Website and the Silver Award for Best Tamil Website. Union Assurance General is one of the few General Insurance companies to have a fully-fledged trilingual website since the segregation of Life and General insurance businesses.
