SLT CitylinkPre-Paid connections can now be reloaded at the ease and convenience of customers, at any Mobitel branch and over 8,000 mCash retailer points located island wide as well as through any Mobitel phone by dialing #111# &Mobitel’smCash mobile app. Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the national ICT solutions provider, working in collaboration with the national mobile services provider Mobitel recently expanded the reload points for SLT CitylinkPre-Paid connections to provide customers with the benefits of reloading via Mobitel’s extensive mCash network.

MobitelmCash allows subscribers to maintain a mobile account and experience a whole new and convenient method of carrying out financial transactions. Licensed under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, mCash delivers a range of services that include the depositing, withdrawal and transfer of money, the payment of utility bills, insurance premiums and leasing, settling payments to government departments, charitable donations and purchases for goods and services.

mCashtouch points consists of more than 8000 locations which includes, Mobitel Branches, SLT teleshops,Agency Post Offices, selected Sanasa outlets, supermarkets, retail channel partners as well as a range of other outlets located across the island. CitylinkPre-Paid customers can also reload their Citylink connections via Mobitel’smCash mobile app which is available for both Apple iOS and Android users, enabling reloads while “on the go”.

In addition to the mCashnetwork, the existing methods of reloading SLT Citylink connections through SLT prepaid cards, SLT Teleshops and SLT retailers are still available, providing multiple options for customers to choose from. Thus reloading Citylink connections is now made easy and convenient.

In today’s society where people lead very busy lifestyles, time is a very expensive commodity and therefore flexibility is highly valued by all. It is with keeping this in mind that SLT and Mobitel have decided to work in synergy, allowing them to expand the SLTCitylink reload facility to include Mobitel’s extensive mCash network.
