National Chamber to hold ‘How to make people want to work for you’ seminar

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL) in collaboration with The HR Consortium (Pvt.) Ltd and Second Curve (Pvt.) Ltd will hold a half-day seminar on ‘How to make people want to work for you’, on Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the National Chamber auditorium, No: 450, D R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10. 


The main focus of the seminar is to present the strategies that could be implemented for a transition of the traditional workforce to a knowledge-based one.


Today’s toughest business challenge is to find and retain the loyal, hardworking and competent employees. Over the last three decades, large companies have been adding more and more temporary or contract employees to their workforce.  The Sri Lankan traditional workforce should change the ways, where the employees came to work, sat at a desk and left at the end of the day. The job seekers of today search for a work environment that will adjust to their requirements, with workload fluctuations and flexible schedules.


The enlightening seminar will facilitate with the strategies and best practices of transition from a traditional workforce to a knowledge-based one.


It will offer an opportunity to find out how to transform your organisation for more productivity.
