The National Human Resources Development Council (NHRDC) of Sri Lanka under the National Policies and Economic Affairs Ministry has launched a capacity building project to build managerial capacity within the public sector to improve the delivery in the public sector.
Last week, the NHRDC successfully conducted the first capacity building programme in Malaysia in collaboration with the University Putra Malaysia.
Twenty five managerial level government officers participated in this programme. The programme was conducted under the guidance of NHRDC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody and Moratuwa University Senior Lecturer and NHRDC Board Member Dr. Rangika Halwatura.
