Arrangements have been made to station the members of security forces who go on leave and return in several schools in Colombo.
Accordingly, several schools including Royal College Primary section, D. S. Senanayake College, Mahanama College, Thurstan College and Hindu College Colombo are to be used to station the security forces members who return from leave.
A principal of a leading school in Colombo who did not wish to be named confirmed this situation. “These schools are not to be used as quarantine centres but to keep members of security forces who go on leave and return.
Army soldiers who return from leave are to be housed at Mahanama College, whilst Thurstan College will be used for Navy personnel.
