Women protest against electricity tariff hike

Women for Rights movement today staged a protest in front of the Fort Railway station against the recent electricity tariff hike. Protesters carried electric equipments to the protest and later on they smashed them as an act of protest. Pix by Kushan Pathiraja

    Must have been organized by the UNP. Only UNP is capable of organizing meaningless and laughable protests or rather a pass time judging by the 4th picture.

    For this very reason the government is not threatened nor takes the party serious.
