NFF leader Wimal Weerawansa, who is on a fast unto death campaign, was placed on a saline drip a short while ago. Crowds have gathered around and the minister is said to be in weak condition. Pics by Varuna Wanniarachchi

As long as that drip has enough nutrients...he'll be all right.

This is what you call public viewing, dont worry he is not going to give up all the good perks he gets, take my word he will be back on his feet, within the next 48 hrs.

I am not a fan of Wimal Weerawansa. But don't underestimate his mission. Ban Kin Moon is unnecessarily putting his hand into our country's affairs and is trying to create another problem. We should some how get rid of this commssion.
So, thumbs up for Weerawansa.
