Tangalle rape suspect falls ill in court

A suspect of the rape of a 15 year old girl in Tangalle was rushed to hospital after he complained of a chest pain when the case was being heard at the Tangalle Magistrates court.  21 suspects including Tangalle Urban Council member Anjana Liyanage and a millionaire businessman were remanded till the 27th of July. The 13 year old suspect son of the businessman was sent to the Hikkaduwa probation school. Pix and text by Krishan Jeewaka Jayaruk

    Unbelievable that these grown up men took turns raping a 15 year old girl. This shows how broken our society is in SL.
