Strong winds cause heavy damage

At lease 80 people of 24 families were displaced in Wellawatte due to strong winds experienced last evening. Two houses were entirely damaged while more houses were partially damaged.     This just goes to show that no country in the world is safe from natural disasters; such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tsunamis, earth slips, storms etc. It has nothing to do with the wrath of the imaginary Allah in the sky, as some attuned the storm that hit the east coast of the USA. Its time we believed in science and not what is written in age old books. The domain of science can only work with ideas that are testable and falsifiable by experimentation. The idea of a super being living in the sky cannot be tested in that domain.
