The staff on estates are the most neglected of the private sector employees. The estates being isolated and far flung from urban areas, they live in solitude, undergo immense difficulties in schooling of their children and obtaining of proper medical facilities. Their contribution to the economy of the country is much by way of foreign exchange and they deserve better facilitiies.
