This is a good show piece for the country, but dire necessity is an efficient public transport system. At present our public transport system is in a mess.

Its nice to see old buildings re-furbished and put to good use. It was a eye so all this time since horse racing was banned in Colombo. Old buildings have "character" and should not be pulled down, its a part of our history.

It is not government who let them into this situation but LTTE. You must appreciate what government had done so far. Though you worried like this, US govt has appreciated government's efforts. I m sure you are not living in Sri Lanka.

This is a useless thing... There are plenty of people staving in the country... What is the necessity of this kind of a thing at this moment? These things are good to be done, after we have stable... stupid government do not know how to prioritize things. All they think of how to earn some extra money by doing any stupid project...
