THESE STUDENTS SHOULD NOT BLOCK ROADS AND INCONVENIENCE THE PUBLIC. THEY SHOULD BEAR IN MIND THAT THEIR EDUCATION IS SPEND BY PUBLIC FUNDS AND RESPECT THE PUBLIC
