Dambulla Police apprehended a cab which was transporting cattle without a license from Dambulla to Ja-ela, this morning. The cab had been transporting 11 cows at that time of the arrest. The cab driver and three others were arrested and they are to be produced before the Dambulla Magistrate. Pix by Kanchana Kumara Ariyadasa
