These pictures which were captured by a Daily Mirror online reader in Dehiwala shows the negligence by the Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Municipality in cleaning up their area at a time when dengue has taken the lives of many. This drain is situated close to a school and the Dehiwala zoo.
