Rom is correct. If we ignore nature and think only about "Concrete" development Nuwara-Eliya will be like Kandy one day. Govt should impose strict restrictions to save our beautiful cities. Upto you Gota !!
Reason is evident in the second the picture. A half cut tree. Few years back I can remember several trees felled around that area . Don't know why our politicians can't understand the value of the nature. In the name of development we shouldn't destroy the environment.
