The picture shows relatives of missing persons from Kilinochchi, Trincomalee, and Jaffna on their way to the Welikada Prison, CID and TID offices and the Sri Lanka Navy HQ in search of any news regarding of their missing relatives.     No. forces killed many terrorists during the war but not innocent civilian (We saw your bloody LTTE killed your own people at last few days) . don't try to drag this to somewhere else. probably there was lots of LTTE caders killed during the war time and forces handover lots of bodies through red cross every day. Its not fault of forces if the LTTE handover those bodies to these ppl.
