Ambassador of Japan Nabuhito Hobo and Director of the People’s Livelihood Development Foundation Priyantha Kumara sign a grant contract for Rs. 11.7 million in Agricultural assistance to the Vavuniya District to carryout a balanced development programme that focuses on both rural and urban development.
