I am Mixed Seychelles person. ( Sri Lankan and Seychelles)
There is nothing like that. When you are depressed you find peace in some religious institution. So if you find peace you follow it.
So give that peace of mind in Sri Lanka.... Then what ever the religion they stick to.
In Seychelles there is Hindo Temple, Mosque and Church.. i have not seen a Lord Buddha Temple.
May Dialn wil l come and have one at his cost.

Re. tax free cars, Sri Lanka has a system called Gift A Car where cars can be imported with tax concessions for migrant workings in the name of an immediate family member. I think minimum 5 years living abroad is required. You can find out more details on the Customs website:

No use.... Even i am working last 12 Years in abroad, they don't make atleast a facility buy/import a vehicle without Tax. only press conference everywhere...
