Sadly most of Sri Lankans have forgotten all the terror which we all went through during Prabhakaran era

    ahmeer Thursday, 31 January 2013 07:28 AM

U CAN TELL THE SAME STORY FOR ANOTHER 30 YEARS

    ANTON Thursday, 31 January 2013 07:36 AM

Why don't we show these things to visiting Indian,Australian, US and UN missions.

    DXB Thursday, 31 January 2013 07:46 AM

Over to Ahmeer, not only tell for another 30 years , as long as the people who went through those periods will keep voting for MR brothers, as only due to brothers coordination and cooperation it was wiped out !!

Srinath Gunesekera Thursday, 31 January 2013 07:49 AM

MR completed the mission and closed the Prabakaran chapter. Bank remembering the dead is acceptable. The government riding on the war victory forgetting the needs of the day and the people is sad.

hope there will not be another situation like this over to you all politicians

    RJ Thursday, 31 January 2013 08:12 AM

I had friends who barely escaped this ordeal... I still see them covered in blood.... May all who died attain supreme bliss of nirvana, and the injured good health and the families peace.

ASAHRAFF NAZIM Thursday, 31 January 2013 08:11 AM

FORTUNATELY I WAS VERY LUCKY TO ESCAPE SINCE OUR BANK DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO DEPOSIT WITH CENTRAL BANK ON THIS DAY . ANYWAY MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO ALL THE VICTIMS OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS.

    JK Thursday, 31 January 2013 08:36 AM

Its not just the ones who lost their lives, there were many other families who were also effected... we should ensure that this never repeats...

    shihan Thursday, 31 January 2013 08:40 AM

We havent learnt anything from the whole thing, LLRC notwithstanding. Therefore we will be repeating the same mistakes again and again.

    ravi Thursday, 31 January 2013 08:47 AM

if you all don’t want this situation back then go for 13+
