Sudden blast may have caused the mayhem yet
this is very rare occurrence - "seven others were injured "
all of them badly injured they could not even pull out those trap inside? If there was petrol can yes possibilities are pretty rife

Time has come to the country to enforce strict law on road worthiness of a vehicle. Some mechanism should be developed to implement the law without any flaw.

Quite a lot of vans carry Petrol cans fitted through a tube to feed the engine due to economic reasons! Some vans don't have a working Indicator for fuel, some like to keep track of consumption & so & s forth.
