    before granting any concessions the ministry shoud imporve the standards of the nursing professionals, they must be tought to speak English, their attitudes toward the patient should be polite, they should be comptent to sit and pass the RN exams of USA or UK, they should have a nice grooming habbit, i mean the female nurses should wear clean dresses and their hair should be nicely groomed, male nurses should have a short hair cut and must be full shaved....these are things the nursing fertanity should take into consideration.
