UN Vesak Day celebrations concluded

The week long international UN Vesak Day celebrations concluded today in Kandy. Nepal President Bidhya Devi Bhandari was seen receiving a souvenir in honour of her participation for the event from President Maithripala Sirisena.  Representatives from 72 countries attended the event that lasted from May 7 to May 13.
