The Trincomalee District Master Development Plan which has been prepared by Singaporean company Surbana Jurong Consultants Ltd Managing Director Philip Tan was handed over to Minister of Megpapolis and Western Development Patali Champika Ranawaka after which the Minister handed it over to the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
