Sandalwood worth billions seized

A large stock of red sandalwood, worth more than a billion rupees, was seized by the Police and Naval officials at Erambugodella in Kalpitiya yesterday. The sandalwood was handed over to the Customs. Pix by Hiran Priyankara Jayasinghe
