The 4th SLAF Aviation Contingent in MINUSCA carried out four major civil-military co-operation (CIMIC) activities and several drug donation programmes during the last month in order to support the local people and to bring pleasant childhood memories to the children who are victims of conflicts in several villages situated around Bria, Central African Republic. this is all good but what about our own children in villages who has nothing but coconut husks to play with.No money to buy tissue papers for kites so they use newspapers. This reminds me how Mahinda Rajapakse spending 1 million USD to build a road in palestine while people here committing suicide because they couldn't feed their children or pay back the loans they have taken to grow crops.
