Prisons department officials kept a close watch on prison inmates who were engaged in loading  equipment, staitionery and furniture belonging to the Immigration and Emmigration Department into lorries yesterday, at the Colombo 10 head office which would be now be shifted to a new complex at Suhurupaya, Battaramulla.
