Three boats have been put on patrol along the Kelani River by the Sri Lanka Navy. This step has been taken following the isolation of some areas along the river bank including Nagalagam Street. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana

Don't you think more money needs to be spent on Corona Testing Centers so that gradually each and every citizen who has a ID has been tested and cleared than having this kind of crazy defense exercises?
