PM invites Bishop to cut the ribbon

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe was seen inviting Bishop of Kurunegala Most Rev. Dr. Harold Anthony Perera to cut the ribbon to declare open the new building at St Joseph’s school Kuliyapitiya yesterday.
