The 16th Dudley Senanayake Memorial Lecture was delivered yesterday by Hon. Chito Gascon, Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission in Philippines. The event was organised by the Dudley Senanayake Foundation in cooperation with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation which was attended by DSF Chairman D.M.
