Energy sector key stakeholder meeting on Friday

A key stakeholder meeting will be held on the 25th of September at BMICH Committee Room D on the Long Term Generation Expansion Plan 2015-2034 prepared by Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB).  A set of industry experts representing key stakeholders in the electricity industry will be participated in the meeting.  The plan has been submitted to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka for approval and a public consultation was carried out by the Commission till 21 September to get the views, ideas and suggestions of the interested parties. After the key stakeholder meeting, the Commission will make the final decision on the plan.
