The Blue Mountain group recently conducted its APEX Awards for Excellence to recognize and appreciate the sales staff throughout the group, who have delivered an exceptional performance in the first quarter of 2015/2016.
The glamorous event was held on a grand scale at the Bishop’s College Auditorium and the chief guest, Blue Mountain Group Chairman Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi (MBBS-Colombo, MBA-Australia) presented the APEX sales awards and trophies to all top-performing employees.
Also present at the event was the guest of honour Blue Mountain Executive Director Dr. Rayomi Hettiarachchi along with the group’s staff and senior management, as well as their family members. Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi announced that the awards show would become an annual event and will continue to motivate staff, uplift them and enhance their teamwork skills. The APEX Awards for Excellence ended with a talent show and employees from across the group came together to showcase their skills at the event and performed a series of musical, theatrical and dance acts. The event not only acknowledged and recognized the hard work of employees but it also provided them with a platform to demonstrate their hidden talents.
