This December, the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AmCham) brings you, Global Cultural Intelligence with Philip Merry.
The workshop will be held on the 07th of December 2017 from 09:00am to 2:00pm at the Galle Face Hotel.
Master Trainer Philip Merry will also cover the following topics during the workshop: identifying trigger cultural flashpoints local teams need to be aware of, learning how to build influence and rapport with other cultures; reconciling cultural differences; successfully selling across cultures, drive business results through enhanced Global Cultural Intelligence.
Philip Merry is the CEO / Founder of Singapore’s PMCG. Philip used to live in Sri Lanka and has conducted leadership training in Colombo, Galle, Jaffna, Kandy, Trincomalee, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala and the Maldives. He has worked with global organizations for 37 years in 59 countries helping assess culture’s influence on teamwork, performance, conflict, JVs, leadership, partnership and bottom line success.
