The bank has so far arranged three speech craft programmes and encouraged by the positive outcome witnessed thus far, the management has decided to establish a Toastmasters Club within the bank for the benefit of the majority of staff members.

This is a great opportunity for our valued staff to develop their speaking and listening skills, overcoming the fear of public speaking and learn to project thoughts with clarity while also having fun. Team building, interpersonal communication, impromptu speaking and presentation skills are few that any member could master having joined this programme conducted by the toastmasters.”
