Geneva-based International Trade Centre (ITC) Executive Director Arancha Gonzalez, an expert in international trade and development, who is in Colombo to participate in World Export Development Forum 2016, met Development Strategies and International Trade Minister Malik Samarawickrama and held discussions at the ministry office on Tuesday.
