The secret ingredient to life’s little mysteries, has always been cheese! Indulge in an extravagant celebration of all things cheese with one of Chef Massimo’s most creative cheese set menus from the 26th October to 4th November.
The 4-course set menu consistsof an appetizer; Focaccia with Ricotta Cheese, Tapenade Olive, a selection of Italian cheese with homemade sundried tomato, artichoke, onion jam and aged balsamic of Modena. Soup; San Marzano tomato with fresh buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto. For mains you have a choice of homemade Tagliolini with four cheese sauce, porcini mushrooms, truffle oil or Carnaroli Risotto with spinach, sun dried tomato, gorgonzola cheese and aged balsamic of Modena. As a finale to a great meal you have a passion fruit Mascarpone Tiramisu!
This menu will be available only for dinner and is priced at Rs 3500 nett.
