DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, has announced that its Sri Lanka customer service team has triumphed in the Stevie Award 2016 competition, underthe Customer Service Category.
The company was honored with Silver for ‘Customer Service Department of the Year’ and Bronze for ‘Customer Service Team of the Year’. All Winners will be recognized at a gala event on 21 October in Rome, Italy.

The Awards comprise seven programs, each with its own focus, list of categories and winners.
